Products not eligible for return include:  Perfect 16, GCX Series, Cleanroom Series, Dental Series and ParticleScans. Order discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt. All opened products are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All un-opened products are subject to a 15% restocking charge. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 30 days. Exchanged merchandise is subject to testing and inspection upon receipt . Please allow up to 15 days after  receipt of product for your account to be credited.

In order to prevent possible transport damages and to secure your rights to exchange products, products must be returned packaged exactly as they were received. The unit must be shipped back in the original packaging and insured. If original packaging is required, we will provide a shipping box at a nominal fee. If Product is not sent back in its original packaging, the sender accepts all liability for damage claims and may be charged for repairs. All products exchanged or returned must be accompanied with a RA (Return Authorization) number.

RA’s are only valid for 10 days. After 10days the RA is automatically voided and will be refused should a customer attempt to return Product after the 10-day period.

All accessories, i.e. remote control, power cord, etc., especially the Certificate of Performance, must be returned with the unit otherwise an additional $50 charge will apply.

Any added replacement costs will be assessed and incurred upon the completion of testing and inspection. We do not refund shipping, handling, or insurance charges for returned or exchanged products.

Tax Responsibility:
Pennsylvania and New Jersey customers are required to pay sales tax. Because we have a presence or travel to your state for installations we are required to charge sales tax. Our shopping cart will add the appropriate sales tax in these two states.

*SHIPPING:* Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (*usually the same business day*) and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. You will typically receive your order within 3-10 business days after your order is placed. You will be contacted if the product you order is temporarily on back order.

Free Standard Ground Shipping to the Continental US on all orders over $250.00. Sorry, but we do have to charge extra for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses.

Customers are responsible for notifying Purerairpro.com with updates on billing, shipping and contact information.

*PAYMENT:* We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Purerairpro.com also accepts money orders and cashier’s checks (in US Dollars only). Orders paid for by money order and cashier check are processed immediately. Personal checks will be held for 10-15 business days until check clears. Purerairpro.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

*DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: *Defective products may be returned for an exchange within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer however; Purerairpro.com reserves the right to waive shipping cost when it is determined by Purerairpro.com to be reasonable. After 30 days, defective items will be covered under their respective warranties. See the instructions above to obtain a Return Authorization number. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

E-mail info @ Purerairpro.com or call 1-800-324-4454 9 to 5 M-F Eastern Standard Time for a Return Authorization number and instructions for shipment.
Return Shipments:
1. Package merchandise with adequate packaging into a shipping carton.
2. Write the Return Authorization number clearly on the exterior of the shipping carton.
3. Purchase shipping with *insurance* and *delivery confirmation* or *tracking information*.        (Call to see if you will be responsible for shipping costs.)

You are responsible for the merchandise until it arrives at our or IQ Airs warehouse. Please save your shipping materials as you may be asked to provide them if we do not receive your merchandise at our warehouse. *Proof of delivery MUST include our street address. *
All returned merchandise must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, booklets and attachments included.
*Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.*
Return shipping, installation charges, and special order items are not refundable.
